Life.Styled Brazilian Zero Blow Out
Blogger Paula Joye from Life.Styled came into the salon to have a new service we are offering in all our salons. What is it? It’s not a straightener – it’s a smoother. It will take that little kink out of the back of your hair, gets rid of static and frizz, make blow-drying faster. It improves manageability and shine by 100%. Brazilian Zero Blow Out and it is one of the best services I have seen for today’s busy woman! Paula featured the service on her blog Life.Styled check out the before and after, one of the things she liked about it was that she was able to still tong her hair and give it movement - it doesn’t leave the hair plank straight! It’s formaldehyde free and depending on your hair length takes up 1.5hrs, plus it lasts up to 12 weeks, if you want to know more contact any of our salons.

A Creative team unites
Recently I did a job for Alex Perry’s jewllery range for Diva. Advertising jobs can get tricky if the team you work with doesn’t gel. Working on this campaign was great, stylist Mark Vassallo fused it all together along with photographer Georges Antoni and of course the beautiful and master of make up Linda Jeffereys for The Artist Group It was a lot of fun and I think the result speaks for itself.

Emma has been a client of ours for a long time, she is such a pleasure to have as a client, she’s very earthy and appreciates the process and maintenance of looking after her hair. I would describe her colour as creams with a biscuit shade to form the depth, it’s gives her colour a freshness to it which she likes. Our priority for her is keeping her colour looking natural but maintaining healthy hair, we do this through treatments each and every time we colour her hair. Emma’s schedule can take her away from home we work on the balance of low maintenance colour work and take home treatments that she can use herself, so if she is unable to see me, her hair grows out looking fresh.

Twin Peaks Vogue - Editorial Daren Borthwick
Is this shoot by our Editorial Daren Borthwick for The Artist Group fantastic or what? Featured in June Australian Vogue the hair is all done with wigs and it looks amazing against the New Zealand mountains at Jack’s Point. Vogue’s Meg Gray’s styling and location choice is reminiscent of the 60’s and Nicole Bentley’s photography is incredible and Linda Jefferyes make up - wow!
