How to - A Modern Twist on a Nostalgic look

Here is a new look that I am loving right now, a modern twist on a nostalgic look….

Description goes here...

It’s a French Pleat in the back of the hair and a v-section around the front where you forward plait then bring back & add the pleat, which create the quiff.

Description goes here...

The French pleat is the nostalga and the quiff is the decadence with the plait injecting a modern twist. You will need one of my ‘must have’s’ Wella Ocean Spritz, this makes the hair nice & gritty for me to manipulate, but I only use it at the roots never around the hairline. Dry the Ocean Spritz completely and then using a round brush to get the hair smooth and giving it body.

If you have time, roll the hair with the Cloud 9 ‘The O’ as this gives the hair strength to roll into the French pleat. To set and finish the look - a light spray of Sebastian Re Shaper Hairspray.

If you would like this look, call our salons and tell our team that you want this look and they will match you with the right hairdresser. Our salon numbers are located at the top of the page.

Enjoy

Love Ren xxx
